In March 2015, the Commission published Delegated Regulation in the Official Journal of the EU that sets out the regulatory technical standards on Own Funds requirements based upon Fixed Overhead Requirements for firms under the Capital Requirements Regulation.
This amending regulation establishes how fixed overheads for firms should be calculated and enters into force on April 13, 2015.
